EU public tenders, read for you

Most bids don’t lose on quality.
They lose on compliance.

FindWell reads Dutch tender documents — the full Aanbestedingsleidraad, not just the notice — and shows you what it demands, whether you qualify, and where the points are. So your week goes where the score is.

The problem

You don’t lose the bids you never find.
You lose the ones you bid on.

Weeks go into bids that were lost before they started — a missing declaration, a deadline read wrong, effort spent on a section worth ten points. The tender told you all of it. It was just buried in a document nobody had time to read.

What actually decides it

Three things decide whether you win.
We do all three.

01

Compliance

Every stated requirement, pulled from the document and quoted, with the section number. Exclusion grounds, turnover thresholds, insurance, certifications, references. If it can disqualify you, you see it first.

02

Where the points are

The award criteria and their real weights, read from the tender guide — not the thin version in the official notice. You see which criteria carry the score, so you spend effort where it counts.

03

Readiness

Your certifications, turnover, insurance and references, per required competence area, checked against what the tender asks. You know if you qualify before you commit a week to bidding.

Why the document, not the feed

The official notice hid how you’re scored.
The document didn’t.

One criterion alone can be worth 40% of the quality score — and the official notice won’t tell you. We go with the document and show you the quote; a number we can’t verify against the source never reaches you.

How it works

From the tender’s documents
to a bid you can win.

Six steps, in the order that decides the outcome: read the documents, what it demands, whether you qualify, where the points are, your plan, and your team’s workspace.

1Step 1

We read the tender’s own documents.

For Dutch tenders we read the full Aanbestedingsleidraad straight from TenderNed — the document that defines the bid, not just the notice.

2Step 2

Here’s what it demands — quoted.

Exclusion grounds, turnover, insurance, certifications, references — each one quoted, with its section.

Here’s whether you qualify.

Your certifications and references, per required competence area, checked against the tender’s thresholds.

4Step 4

Here’s where the points are.

The award criteria and their weights, read from the document and quoted — so you know what actually scores.

The difference

We read the Dutch tender documents — and quote them.

Most tools stop at the notice. For Dutch tenders we open the full Aanbestedingsleidraad on TenderNed, find each requirement, and show you the line it came from — the quote and its section, not a paraphrase you have to trust.

The plan

And we tell you exactly how to close the gap.

For each thing you’re missing: the scheme, the body that issues it, a realistic timeline, and an indicative cost. Not “get certified” — the actual path, so you can decide if it’s worth it before you start.

The whole lifecycle

We work the stages that decide it.

Research

We publish what we find.

The evidence on what wins public tenders is thinner than the industry admits — and some of what we measured has never been counted before.
