Every tender is scored using two signals: keyword matching (60% of the score) and semantic similarity via a local AI model (40%). The combination means you catch tenders that use synonyms or related phrasing, not just exact-match results.

All data is stored in an EU-based Postgres database (Supabase, hosted in AWS Frankfurt, Germany). We comply with GDPR. We do not sell your data, share your industry profile, or use your keywords to train AI models.
